As the San Gabriel Valley Regional Housing Trust marks its 5th anniversary, we celebrate the vision and leadership of Senator Susan Rubio, who authored the legislation that created the Trust and secured over $50 Million dollars in state funding. Over the past five years, SGVRHT has grown into one of California’s strongest regional housing collaboratives—uniting more than 25 cities, supporting nearly 1,000 affordable homes, and delivering real solutions for families. Thanks to Senator Rubio’s dedication, partnership, and continued advocacy, the Trust is transforming lives and strengthening communities across the San Gabriel Valley.
