I was deeply humbled and honored to join the City of Baldwin Park at the grand opening of Susan Rubio Zocalo Park. I was proud to secure $6 million for this project and celebrate the culmination of years of hard work.  This project addresses the need for parks in Baldwin Park and will become the centerpiece of our community. It is another milestone in the City's Downtown revitalization plan that provides open green and art spaces, and contributes to beautification efforts.
