“I think young individuals sometimes don’t understand how closely connected policy is to their lives. I just shared how I built houses; they don’t understand that it impacts them directly. I brought funding for a college of health. Again, we need to connect the dots for them to share with them it matters. Their vote matters,” said Rubio.
