This is why I’m inviting you to join me for Coffee & Conversation on Saturday‚ June 27 from 11:00am – 1:00pm at the Montclair Senior Center.

Join me for coffee and light refreshments as we catch up on what's happening in Sacramento. This is a casual opportunity to receive a brief legislative update, ask questions, share concerns, and discuss ideas that matter to our community.

I’ll be sharing updates on a few of the bills I authored this year‚ including:

• SB 1192 – The Reclaim Act
  Prevents abusers from misusing the court system to harass and retraumatize survivors, ensuring the justice system works to protect victims.
• SB 1276 – The End Child Exploitation Act
  Makes it a crime to knowingly watch a livestream of a sexually exploited child, closing gaps in the law as online abuse continues to evolve.
• SB 1309 – The Stop Lung Cancer Early Act
  Removes out-of-pocket costs for the most fatal cancer, so more Californians can access early detection and life-saving care.
