I'm having a series of monthly discussions with local leaders in Senate District 22 to talk about local issues and how we are working together on the state level. For my first video, I talked with Baldwin Park Mayor Emmanuel Estrada about housing, parks, civic engagement, and good places for lunch and shopping in the city.
