Around 10 members representing different areas of the California Senate in the United States visited a shelter in the Mexican city of Tijuana that hosts a hundred Central Americans of the migrant caravan.
For the first time in the history of California, there will be two sisters in the state legislature, Blanca and Susan Rubio. They are Latinas, Mexican immigrants , residents of Baldwin Park in Los Angeles County, and teachers by profession.
