Dear Friends,

Do you need help paying for college? Many families can't afford to pay for college or career training, but it doesn't have to be that way.

The California Legislature expanded access to higher education through enactment of the Cal Grant Entitlement Program and the new Middle Class Scholarship. California high school seniors who meet income qualifications and have a minimum GPA of 2.0 are guaranteed financial assistance through the Cal Grant program.

Cal Grant money can be used for tuition, fees, and books. The best part is that Cal Grants are not loans and not have to be repaid. If you are not sure whether you qualify, apply anyway. Maximize your financial aid by applying for a Cal Grant by the March 2nd deadline. Don't pass up thousands of dollars in Cash for College.

You can get help completing required financial aid forms to apply for a Cal Grant or Middle Class Scholarship at a FREE Cash for College workshop in your community, beginning in January up to the March 2nd deadline. California high school seniors should attend a workshop and apply for a Cal Grant or Middle Class Scholarship by the priority deadline.
