(Sacramento) – It is illegal for convicted felons to purchase guns in California.  But it is perfectly legal to sell ammunition to criminals. California Assemblymember, Kevin de Leon (Los Angeles) has written legislation aimed at keeping bullets out of the hands of felons, gang members or anyone else prohibited for owning a weapon.  More in this Assembly Web Report.
